Refund Policy

At Graised Pastures, we take immense pride in the quality of the product we raise and the care we take in getting it to your table. Because our products are perishable, we have established the following guidelines for refunds and returns:

1. Perishable Goods

Due to food safety regulations and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any meat or Liberty's Choice pet treat items once they have left our farm or been delivered. We cannot ensure the "cold chain" and package integrity once the product is out of our control.

2. Issues & Damages

If there is an issue with your order, such as a missing item, damaged packaging that compromised the product, or an incorrect delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • To help us understand the issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund.


3. Cancellations

 

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery.

  • Deposits/Pre-orders: Deposits for bulk orders are non-refundable as they represent a commitment to the animal’s processing and butchery.
