Here are a few of our favorite easy recipes that let the natural goodness of our premium pasture raised chicken shine. With just a few simple ingredients and steps, these recipes make cozy, flavorful meals we come back to again and again. Perfect for busy weeknights or relaxed weekends at home.

White Chicken Chili
1 lb. Graised Pastures Chicken (white or dark meat)
2 cans organic Ro Tel - drained
1 can organic corn - drained
1 can organic kidney beans - drained
1 can organic chili beans
1 can organic pinto beans
1 package organic taco seasoning
1 package organic ranch seasoning
1 block organic cream cheese
Combine all in the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Top with any toppings of your choosing!
Chicken Pasta Bake
1 lb. Graised Pastures chicken (white or dark)
16 oz. of your favorite organic pasta
1 jar of organic red sauce (or homemade)
1 jar of organic white sauce (or homemade)
Freshly grated organic mozzarella cheese

Turn oven on to 350°.

Boil pasta until cooked - strain.

Cook chopped chicken on the stove.

Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning.

Once chicken is cooked mix in the 1 jar of red sauce to pan and stir until combined.

In a large glass baking dish pour half of the jar of white sauce in the bottom of the dish. Then pour the cooked pasta into the glass baking dish. Pour the rest of the white sauce over the pasta and stir until combined.

Now pour chicken and red sauce mixture over the pasta and spread until even across the baking dish.

Sprinkle the top with fresh mozzarella.

Bake until cheese is fully melted (20-25mins).


Gluten Free Tenders
Graised Pastures Chicken Tenders (or sliced Breasts)
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
Italian seasoning
Olive oil

Pat down tenders to absorb excess moisture.

Put the tenders in a bowl, pour a little bit of olive oil, and season to your liking.

Air fry on 400° for 5-8mins depending on how big and how many chicken tenders.
Smoked Whole Chicken
Graised Pastures Whole Chicken
Olive Oil
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp coarse sea salt
2 Tsp black pepper
2 Tsp smoked paprika
2 Tsp garlic powder
2 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp ground mustard powder
1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper.

Preheat smoker using preferred chips to 275°.

Mix together dry rub ingredients.

Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and cover with seasoning on all sides.

If necessary, tie the legs with twine and tuck wing tips behind the shoulder joints.

Place the chicken in the smoker for 2-3 hours or until the internal temp (usually at the thigh) is 160°.

During the last 30 min of smoking, you can baste in BBQ sauce if preferred. We don't!
Pro Tip: Spatchcock for a more even cook!
