Sometimes referred to as the chicken tenderloin, chicken tenders are usually the most tender cut of a chicken. Each tender is a singular, rarely used, muscle that sits nicely behind the breast.
 
All of our chickens are raised in moveable shelters out on pasture where they are free to forage on grass, seeds, bugs, and worms. We also provide the highest quality certified ORGANIC, non-GMO, soy free supplemental feed.
